Silk-Screen Table

I want to start an online t-shirt business. My startup costs will be significantly lower if I can do all the work myself. Therefore, I need to build a silk-screen table.

The thing is basically a table and a hinged screen frame holder.

Screen Frame

Everything else essentially centers around the screen frame. I need to know how big the screen frame will be before I know how big the rest of the table will be. To know that, I need to know how big the screen will be.

Frame Holder

There are several options for frame holders. They are all hinged in some way so that the screen can be raised and lowered quickly. Most of them are designed to hold their upper position so that the material being screened can be moved in place without holding the screen up. Also, it seems like the screen wants to remain mostly horizontal, perhaps so that ink doesn't spill out.

I think I like the L-shaped frame holder the best, which is hinged down near the foot of the table. This has the benefit of keeping the frame very horizontal. Plus, its center-of-gravity will hold the thing back by itself, and it will be very simple to open and close. The thing only needs to lean back far enough that the frame holder's center is over the hinge ... the weight of the vertical will keep it held outward.
