Shop and Range

I might consider buying a piece of property that has electricity and a big metal building or barn on it already. Especially if it had a good place to put a shooting range. I wouldn't want to pay a lot for it, though, and I wouldn't want to have to drive too far. The point would be to have a place for woodworking and metalworking.
