Electric Kitchen

If a primative cabin has electricity, nearly all cooking can be done with the following three electric appliances:

• Microwave
• Counter-Top Range
• Toaster Oven (Pizza-Size)

Two other optional appliances would be:

• Crock Pot
• Coffee Maker (for guests)

At home, the microwave is my most utilized means of cooking. I will often cook things on the stove top, but not as often as I use the microwave. And it is extremely rare that I cook anything other than frozen pizza in the oven.

• Freezer/Refrigerator

A freezer/refrigerator is needed in a kitchen with electricity. If the cabin is not to be used for hunting, a fairly small one can be used. If it is a hunting cabin, a large amount of freezer space is needed. It either needs to be one which the larger compartment can be the freezer, or else I need a seperate freezer.
